My Microsoft account was hacked, and deleted/closed. Can I still get my minecraft account back?

I have called a couple times again, they have sent me to different departments through a live call with no help in the end.

Does anyone know anyone that I can specifically contact or message for account management system for a support with a one on one with me? I have lots of valid proof on a separate email to show that this minecraft account belongs to me.

Thank you for the reply, I did mention that I have contacted Microsoft through call multiple times but haven't got a proper recovery for my account quite yet. I will try once again, hopefully with no issue or no disturbance during the process. If not, I will have yet to reply again with another update.

I have already contacted Microsoft through call many times now, only for them to give me the same response each time. I have tried the account recovery form many times now, and because the account was deleted, and recreated, the form will not help either way since it's not the old one I used to have. I have even tried using the hacker's email that I found when trying to log into my minecraft account using the Microsoft login, but obviously that won't work or will EVER work because my details obviously do not match theirs.
