My Microsoft account was hacked and deleted by a rambler.ru email, how to recover it?

Hello,

My Microsoft account has recently been hacked and deleted. The hacker changed the email and messed around with security info. Can Microsoft by any chance (given enough proof) transfer my account to this one (my new one) or transfer the account back to the original email. I lost my Minecraft account because of it.

The information I have is "not enough" even tho I listed old password and email, old birthdate and country, using the same PC. The hacker changed probably everything probably,

Is there another way because I will loose multiple thousand hours on server in Minecraft.
