To give the complete story, I had that account prior to the pandemic, and I decided to purchase Minecraft Java that year, in addition to receiving Bedrock for free through a promotion. Unfortunately, my account was compromised a few weeks after I purchased the game, despite having enabled two-factor authentication and utilising a variety of Microsoft security features. I attempted to submit a support complaint, but my account was subsequently disabled and they were unable to restore it. I remain determined because, as of today, I discovered that my backup code from the final security action performed on my account in 2022 was still present.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Microsoft account being compromised.

Just a gentle reminder that we are only Xbox gamers like you here in the community. We are not Microsoft employees and we do not have tools to access any Microsoft System.

My apologies however contacting Microsoft Xbox Support is the last resort to recover your account from the hacker. Since you were able to do that before and the Support was unable to restore it and resorted to disabling/suspending the account, I'm afraid it is no longer possible to recover your account.
