My Microsoft account rewards ammount is missing and went to zero after buying Xbox 360 add...

Hi! I am ! When I have just few dollars, I just bought one add-on with only credit card, not Microsoft account balance. One day, the microsoft rewards amount is missing and went down, I checked for my xbox 360 and system thinks that I have 0 dollars
and 0 cents. Later... Microsoft payment confirmation sent me for email, that made me discount to buy xbox 360 add on with game from my microsoft account balance for credit card. Top off made itself.

It made me choise payment options used to top-off my Microsoft account by credit card savings. Can someone solve the problem, that how can I stop top off automatically and how can I get back my microsoft balance back and it must be normal
price, not discount price for top offs on my microsoft balance through credit card.
