    Hi, I have been trying to launch GTA V legacy edition for the past couple of days, and it has always come up with an "ask for permission" tab from Microsoft Family Safety. We have changed to age limit on the account to 19+ on games (unrestricted), and we have changed the age of both my store account and account I play on (they are merged so they both have game pass on). Usually when the issue started happening, I got a pop-up on my screen asking if Microsoft store package dependency installer could have permissions to change the device, and when you click Yes or No, it comes up with "Installing 2 of 2" for a split second and then the Microsoft Family Safety comes up. On the past 2 attempts of running the game, the pop-up with Microsoft Package Dependency Installer hasn't come up, but it still askes for permission (not sure if this changes anything). It has also opened a window with the logo of the game in a background, slightly greyed out with the error code, "0x8007015a". Additionally, if you asked for permission via email to the Microsoft Family Safety app, when yes is click on the app, nothing happens. I have spoken to 2 different Microsoft support agents. The first one told me to put my age back a year, it didn't change any, and the other told me to follow up with the first one. I was just wondering if this would get me any help faster as I haven't had a reply for a few days. I have had this issue for the last few days, so we would appreciate any help.

    I have tried everything you have suggested, and nothing has changed. Do you have any more suggestions?

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    I know you've mentioned that you don't have any restrictions on your account, but double-check if you're not part of a family group here.

    Also, make sure the account you're checking is the same one you use in the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app. There shouldn't be any discrepancies.

    If everything is in order, please follow these steps:

    - Use the Windows search bar and type "Microsoft Store"

    - Right-click on the app and select "App settings"

    - Scroll down and find the Repair button and select it

    - Do this same procedure with the Xbox app

    - Check if the problem continues, if so, try the same steps but now select the "Reset" option

    I wonder if his Xbox Live account has it set for age appropriate content...Warzone has a PEGI rating of 18 so any age restriction on the account would preclude him playing

    Microsoft or whoever needs to install an age verification system against all gamertags. Once and only when your GT's been verified and you've confirmed your over 18 you can play any PEGI rated game. However, if your GT hasn't been verified your console
    should automatically block gaming access for any of these age restricted games.

    Blacks Ops 2 is a rated 18 game and there's thousands of these annoying 8 to 17 years old thinking there all that. When they're being annoying little fecks.

    EA Games have an online age requirement of 18+ when connecting to their online platform. This is a limitation put in by EA themselves not by Microsoft. It takes the age you put in when you first created your LIVE account. Regardless of changing any settings
    this message will not go away as your account is not old enough in EA's eyes in order to be able to play their games online. It's the same with Battlefield 3, Madden, NHL, FIFA, etc, the age of the account needs to be 18+ to be able to connect to EA's Online
    servers.

    The only way around this would be to create a new account that has the age of 18+ in order to be able to play this particular game online.
