My Microsoft account is locked

Hi,

I am a victim of account being locked. I was told to Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we'll get you to the right place.

After multiple attempt trying with many cases raise to Microsoft, it hasn't been resolve.

I used to play with a group on Xbox and had a fall out with them I said some words and so did they I blocked them and one of my friends told me that one of them was a hacker who uses a java script to lock Microsoft accounts I didn't know what that meant so I changed my password on my Microsoft account not knowing it would get locked I have proof its my Microsoft account with Xbox purchases and my account had a recovery email just in case plus my credit card is still on my account I was locked November 6 and no matter what I have done doing the trying to unlock my account through compliance lock I lost a lot of money on that account and progress I don't know where to turn to anymore please someone help

If you tried to sign in to your account and received a message that it's been locked, it's because activity associated with your account might violate our Terms of Use.

All we can do is guide you to the Account Reinstatement form.

For your credit card issues, you will need to reach out to your bank and cancel the charges if you cannot

Yes I have done that idk how many times and its been 2 months no Microsoft employee has gotten back to me I have the ticket thing showing I have done the reinstatement form but no one from Microsoft has contacted me it hurts everyday now because I can't play games on my account with my brothers and gf I have Microsoft customer service email showing my ticket number and I didn't violate the terms I have a screenshot of the person literally telling me he locked my account and was gonna do it again I have proof I was didn't break any terms but proof someone did
