My Microsoft Account is blocked.

Hello FalconX211, there are two ways to try to recover your account, the first is by this form you have already filled out, you should try to provide as much information as possible regarding your account.

The second would be to contact Xbox Customer Service and request an Account Takeover (ATO), which is basically the same form you filled out but done with the help of a Microsoft agent, so you should even try to remember as much of the information they request.

Please know that we can utilize all available online resources to help recover the account. If you've already submitted the account recovery form and are still not getting any results, I would suggest trying these steps and see if you can reach the Xbox customer support for them to further assist you with this issue.

Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Then click on "Contact us" > Account and Profile> Then choose I need a Microsoft account> Type Unable to sign Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.

Kindly take note of the Phone support availability.

It's not that my account is blocked as it works fine around my friends house. I told the uni staff about my Xbox and it's registered but there's something on Microsoft's end blocking my account.
