    I have asked minecraft support on what to do and they have said to contact microsoft support but microsoft support have said that I am unable to recover the account and I should be able to create a new one by telling minecraft support and they told me that they do not have access to creating a new minecraft account as they do not have access to account management systems and none of them are able to help me. So I need some help on making a new one

    Creating a new Microsoft account won't give you back access to Minecraft. You would have to purchase it again and you would also lose any saved game data.

    I have exact the same problem. My Email was hacked a few days ago and i think somehow the hack also hacked my Microsoft which has the Email and changed the Email from my Minecraft account to another one.
