My Microsoft account has 2 xbox accounts linked to them, how do I access?

my microsoft account has 2 xbox accounts linked to it and i can only access one of them as it automatically only refers to that one account and it seems that the other one is lost, i have been throught 84 different forums and articles and have been here all day, what would i need to do to delete or remove the account that its referring to me right now or to access my original xbox account that I have to access

The Microsoft account IS the Xbox account and vice versa so it's not possible to have two different Xbox accounts linked to the same Microsoft account. Each Xbox/Microsoft account has to have its own unique email address so It wouldn't even let you do that if you tried. It would say an account already exists under the email if you tried.

So ultimately you need to find out what email address you used to sign up for the correct Xbox/Microsoft account that you are trying to sign into. It would be a different email address then the one you are using to sign into currently if its not signing you into the correct Xbox account.

it has nothing to do with microsoft, it is all on EA only. they link your account to the ea account, it is them that has to unlink it, microsoft have no say or access to it.

Thanks for your reply. Do you know how i can access my account, my mums ex boyfriend has his email linked to my account on the microsoft security. We cant contact him to change this. Its linked to my mums bank account. Can you advise?? Thanks

My Xbox account has been hacked to. I still have access to my account somehow but they changed the email linked the account and deleted my Microsoft account completely. I have no idea how they even got into it in the first place. I can’t get Xbox support or Microsoft support on a call at all because they don’t consider it an issue.
