My microsoft account got locked 7 days ago

like i stated above its been a week since it was locked out and i never received an email or anything stating why it had been locked i have filled out 4 forms so far and have not received any sort of response or update from microsoft no email nothing i had
to create this temporary account just so i could post in the forums and on the day this happened i had purchased 200 COD Points 3 times so i could get the battle pass for call of duty warzone since i was 600 short and literally hours later when i woke up i
could not log into my account on my xbox one and said i had to resolve it on the web so my only guess is that i somehow got flagged for spam or something related to those 3 purchases there is literally no other reason for me being locked out i did not get
a message from the bank that the purchase was bad and the purchases did go through since i did manage to buy the battle pass and played a few matches right after so when i tried signing into my microsoft account online to fix it i got this





i have spent thousands on this account in the 10 years i have had it this is unrelated but i have been communication banned several times over a year ago for cussing out modders on games but havent violated that rule since i made sure to keep cuss words
out of messages but that was for the xbox 360 i have an xbox one now for 2-3 months and the fact that i did not receive anything from xbox enforcement means i have not violated any xbox rules so for them to lock it without reason or cause or even giving a
reason or cause is messed up my subscriptions are going to waste on my xbox account as well as for several games as well as the hundreds of games and dlc's i own i need this solved as soon as possible i havent been sleeping well cause im stressed out from
this whole ordeal please help i dont know what else to do
