My microsoft account got hacked

Hello,

A couple of days ago, my Microsoft account got hacked.

As I was playing Minecraft Java edition that I bought on my other Microsoft account that I don't have access to now I was invited into a Lunar Discord server by some guys who told me to party up. As most discord servers ask you to log in with your Minecraft username and Microsoft email, I didn't find it strange. After that, I could enter neither my Minecraft nor my Microsoft account.

I tried to solve this problem by myself, but the guys who took my Microsoft account linked my email to another Outlook email so that they could do whatever they wanted with it.

Thanks for checking. I hate to be a bearer of bad news here but I am afraid that we cannot do much about it anymore if we don't know the current email address of your hacked account.

You may try to contact Microsoft/Xbox support if they could help you finding the account using your gamertag but it's not guaranteed that they can help due to our account safety and security.

It means that it was removed from your account already. You need to find traces of the current email that was used to replace the email from your account by checking your email history or Xbox console if it shows there.

It's required that you know it to start the recovery process.

When i put the email in the recovery it says that email doesn't exist

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.
