My Microsoft Account got hacked and i had Minecraft in it

So I was playing a minecraft server called hypixel, someone was gifting out a free VIP rank they're username was something like "tommi" then somthing else i think, I didn't know how to do that and i just listened to him, He made me join a fake discord hypixel server just called "Hypixel" and it needed my email, The email where i own minecraft, I believed it and i got hacked, I cant play minecraft anymore, My primary alias was changed, And password, I got an email about it, I couldn't change my password or primary alias, What should i do?

I did not understand, my friend. Your hacked account had Minecraft Java. Then, after it got hacked, you created another account and was given Minecraft for Windows? Microsoft or Mojang gave you Minecraft for Windows or how this happened?

So What should i Do? There was no "contact us" button, And im pretty sure it requires a phone number which i dont have.

Regrettably, once the email has been changed, we can no longer able to use the online form regarding Account compromised. I would suggest trying these steps and see if you can reach the Xbox customer support for them to further check or investigate your account.

Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Then click on "Contact us" > Account and Profile> Then choose I need a Microsoft account> Type Account Hacked > Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.

I dont know, i dont see a "contact us" button, and i dont have a phone number if that is required my parents dont let me use their's and just a question, can i play minecraft on the device im on, like without logging into the account that owns minecraft, but on the same device, my friend told me that would work.
