The birthdate that is entered during the creation of an Xbox account can never be changed. You can change the birthdate that shows in your Microsoft account page but the Xbox will always go by the date that was entered during creation.

The age of an Xbox account is determined by the date entered when creating the account. While you can change the date in a Microsoft account profile, the Xbox account will always be based on the date entered during creation. This cannot be changed.

Under "Your Services" is there one that says Gold-1 Month FREE trial? If so click on that and you will see the dates.
