My microsoft account and my mojang account

there are two versions of minecraft, the java version on mojang website, the is the original.

There is also the version on the windows 10 store which is crossplay with the console versions.

If you are wanting to play with friends on other pcs and they have the java version you will need to buy that one from mojang website.

have you managed to install minecraft from the windows 10 store if so when you log in you need to use your microsoft account not mojang account

we all have windows 10 version however I don't understand why it says that I don't have windows 10 minecraft on that account when that is the account I used to buy it and I also have the transcript id where I used paypal to buy it

Are you still using the same Microsoft account you used when you migrated your Minecraft account to Microsoft account?

It's possible that you used a different one. Try to check your email history or mailboxes to confirm which account or which email address did you use to migrate your Minecraft account.

You could also try to sign in all your Microsoft accounts to the game and in the Microsoft Store and check which account would work.
