My Microsoft acc is Gone?

So, I used to have a acc in Microsoft linked to my Minecraft account, but now it says account doesn't exists, I have proof of purchase of the game, and contacted Minecraft support they reverted back and said to contact Microsoft for the issue with my account. I have proof that is used to have a account in Microsoft too I have the mail of my security codes everytime I logged in, over that , the service is so bad, I am being pingponged from one support to another, Mojang is like "Ask Microsoft", and Microsoft is like "Ask it in the Xbox", like man what happened to my acc, Microsoft if you are seeing this, give my acc back, its almost 6 yrs old and one of the few things I treasure.

try to login minecraft with microsoft login and check your email and password is right.

YEP UNPLUGGED EVERYTHING RESTARTED IT ALL YESTERDAY. LIKE I SAID DID THIS INTO MY ACCOUNT. THEN DID RESTART IN BOY ACC. XBOX SET TO HOME, BOTH ACC ASK TO UPGRADE . PAYMENT HAS GONE THROUGH EVEN HAVE MICROSOFT RECEIPT CODE. NO ANSWER AFTER 2 DAYS ON HELP LINE BLOODY USELESS. THATS WHY I HAVE A PLAYSTATION

Thank you. If i create a new microsoft acc for him and add this to his xbox acc and remove mine will he lose all his achievements? And also by removing my acc will it delete my acc completly? Thanks
