My microphone on Game Bar keeps turning itself off.

Particularly, the "turn mic on by default when I record" option in the settings keeps turning itself off when I go into a game. Essentially making the option useless because I still have to manually turn on the microphone setting to have it. I tried with
different games and made sure the other microphone options are on but to no avail. Here is a video of the problem in action.

Hi, you can try do that in settings of Windows, Try do that steep

1- go in Geral Settings of Windows going in Start Menu and click on Gears Symbol

2- search by Xbox

3 configure all options with you want by App sounds

I just tried it and that didn't work too. Is there another solution?

Sorry to hear it. First please make sure that there are no pending updates for your PC. If there are none and you are still having this problem try deleting the game bar then redownload it
