    MY MIC WONT WORK


    Whenever I plug in my headset into my controller, the Xbox says there is no headset. It shows a small icon in the top right that is a microphone which a circle and a line through it. I can't here game sound, my friend, and I can't talk. It's as if there
    was no mic at all. I have tried 3 different Micss and it dose the same thing. Sometimes it will work for a little while and then cut out again and I don't know how to fix it. Can anyone help?

    My mic wont work on my xbox one controller it works on my ipad by sound and stuff but on my controller i cant talk or listen to people in my party and the mic picture next to your controller battery picture on the top right says my mic wont work.

    Hey there Lilrepoman34,

    It sounds like the controller which had the headset plugged in when it was dropped has broken. To clarify, does the headset work when it's plugged into other controllers?
