    My mic plays sounds and the voices of other players but it won't pick up my voice - Xbox ...


    When I enter parties or I'm in game chat, my mic plays sound and the voices of other players but when I talk it doesn't pick up my voice. I've tried switching controllers but i have the same problem. I've purchased a new mic, which hasn't helped. And
    I've contacted xbox support but they led me to nowhere and I really need help.

    Xbox one mic not working

    My Mic plays sound to me, but I can't talk to anyone else except when i use Kinect. I'm able to mute and unmute with the orange light coming up, and hear the beep, but nothing really happens. I noticed it one day when i tried to do a voice over on a video
    and I could not register sound. I tried unplugging my mic and recording but when i hit start recording voice it says, "No Mic detected." So I plug it in and then it'll start but I still can't input any audio because my mic won't work.

    99 problems and my name is One.

    Titanfall in game chat issue

    Has anyone else encountered this problem? My microphone works fine in party chats, and other in-game chats, however, in Titanfall I can only hear other people. It acts as if my mic is muted, and won't pick up my voice.

    This is the xbox one headset that come with Xbox

    My NAT type is open. I tried re-signing into my wireless connection but no difference was made. this is my third mic and I'm starting to think it's the controller but then gain I've tried it on both of my controllers. I really don't know what could be going
    wrong.

    Xbox console companion game stream mic not working

    I am having the exact same issue, my mic is being recognized but won't transmit sound. Out of curiosity do you have a kinect? Also my xbox is the original white xbox one. I can hear party voice and in game voice, but my mic picks up nothing. The companion
    app prior to streaming picks up my mic when active. I've seen complaints going back 4+ years for this issue and I haven't seen a single working fix other that messing with what apps are allowed to use the mic, which I verified is set up correctly for me.

    It usually happens to me when playing with friends and they are either close to their Tv or their sound is loud enough for their mic to pick up my own voice through the speakers.

    I own battlefield 4 on my 360, but for some reason it's trying to get me to buy it AGAIN on Xbox one. I can't use the cloud to transfer it over (only 2 gigs of space), and I can't use the disc. I would rather not pay an extra $30 for a game I

    Also my surround sound headset isn't picking up my voice. I can hear audio just fine through both ear muffs, but it won't pick up my voice at all. It might be because it's broken, but I don't know for sure.
