    My Mic On Original Headset and Stereo Headset not working


    Everbody good morning.

    I buy the Xbox one and come with him the Headset Original. This Headset work's for many days at I upgrade firmware of the controller.

    After update firmware, my headset stop working the mic, but in the kinnect the mic works really good.

    I think the problem is headset, so I buy the Stereo Headset Adapter, but this not work too.

    I go to Network, My nat is open. My connection on multiplayers no problem. I connect the control on PC with Windows 10 and I download the Skype. Skype see my control, mic and speaker, and works really good, the original headset and the sterio headset adapter.

    I need the solution for my problem. I search in the forum but this problem is 2015, and I not find the solution.. Please someone help me.

    Xbox One mic stopped working

    Its just problems with XBOX live not your mic, I have the new stereo headset and the original headset and both I can't hear people talking.

    Xbox One Headset Adapter Problems

    I have a turtle beach px21 headset and purchased the xbox one headset adapter. The stereo sound is coming through really well, but the mic isn't working with it. Is this a known issue or is my headset mic not compatible with the xbox one?

    The mic that came with the Xbox one works. My adapter chat button makes the game volume higher. Is it suppose to be like that?

    Its just problems with XBOX live not your mic, I have the new stereo headset and the original headset and both I can't hear people talking.

    X Box One Controller is muted

    Our xbox one controllers stopped working with the stereo headset (just the mic) all simultaneously.

    We tried plugging it into the 3.5 mm jack. None of my 3 controllers worked after having worked fine for months. All updated to latest firmware.

    I tested the headset on my iphone and the mic was fine there- I could record voice memos with no problems

    went to GameStop and spent $50 for the stereo headset adapter, and that allowed the mic to work again for another 30 days.



    Now the mic is stuck on mute again, the headset adapter’s slashmark icon stays lit
