    My mic can't pick up my voice anymore!


    Last night, I was playing Black Ops 3 with some of my friends. I decided to go play by myself and then my mic started to not work. I was confused because I can press the mic buttons for my Xbox one mic and it'll work perfectly. I went to my friends party
    and they couldn't hear me at all. I tried so many things but can't seem to fix it. Please help me!

    My Mic can't pick up gaming audio

    My mic is a pair of ear buds "3.5" mm which I have been using ever since the controllers have been compatible. I have enjoyed that I can hear gaming audio and the chat. But recently the gaming audio hasn't been coming through plus the option to lower or
    heghten the sound is also missing. All that remains in the audio settings is the chat audio and Mic monitoring. Are my setting off or was it removed?

    XBOX ONE MIC NOT RESPONDING

    So i have had my mic now for a while and a couple of weeks ago it stopped responding to my voice...i have tried everything but its not working...its says the mic is plugged in but it wont pick up my voice

    Ive done 2 hard resets now and dont have a communication suspension.

    Are you seeing the mic icon move? Also, press the Xbox light button, go over to settings and then audio, to check.

    Hello Crimzi,

    To confirm with you here, the networking status/connection for a console does play into you hearing your friends within a party, or them hearing you.

    Usually in this case, the best available wizard happens to be our Xbox One NAT Error Solution support article, which contains
    all processes for ensuring a clear network connection.

    Also available is our UPnP Not Successful support article.

    Try these and let us know the results.
