My messed up account.

Throughout using my Xbox 360, I had an account called SH0TGUN 8UDDY which I spent a decent amount of money on Avatar customisation and downloadable content like games and add-ons. Unfortunately, whilst unaware the email I used for my account was deleted
by Gmail and was rendered un-accessible even through the account recovery process and many hours of troubleshooting. So, as my account had not been migrated to a different email I have been troubleshooting through Microsoft and Xbox Live Support. My question
is if my account is in any way recoverable? (i.e: Able to get a member of customer services to send account to one of my other emails)

my account is messed up.

I cannot access my xbox one account unless I have offline. I don't know why this is. Everytime I try to sign in online it asks for my Microsoft account password which I provided and changed cause of it. And I did the steps correctly but it still denies me
access. I can log into my Microsoft account ok. I have edited the information recently due to my difficulty.... after the fact. Information is not up to date on my console. I would like to access my console please while online.

Thanks for the support message.

If you have forgotten the password to your Microsoft Account, please go to
http://xbox.com/forgot/ to reset your password.

If you have access to your Microsoft Account but can not pass any of your Security proofs, please go to
Recover your account and fill out that information there. It will ask you a series of questions and personal information on the account. If you fail to answer the questions correctly and
get an email back saying that they will not be able to assist you with recovering your account, unfortunately the account is lost, sorry.

What's a Security Proof?

A security proof is either an email or phone number linked to your Microsoft Account that an automated system sends a numerical code to to verify your identity because Microsoft thinks that a password alone is not nearly secure enough. You are required to
have at least two security proofs on your account (i.e. two emails, or an email and phone number)
