    My messages won't send


    I've been having this issue for awhile now, my messages won't send, not to friends or strangers, it doesn't matter if I do it for, my Xbox or my app, but another account on my Xbox will send messages. It makes it very complicated for lfg purposes, I'd like
    to get it resolved!

    I Don't know why but everytime i try to send a message but im always told there's an error but the Microsoft solutions haven't work

    Message won't send

    I was trying to send messages but it says "message didn't send". I can receive messages but not send. I checked my settings but everything is ok. There was no email sent of suspicion or ban. My Smartglass app works fine, but it's my Xbox One itself. Is there
    something wrong with the messaging or is it just me?

    What happens when you try to send a message? Are you seeing any error messages or error codes? Are you able to receive messages without any issues?

    Won't send messages

    Hey there jazzybayes!

    Sorry to hear about the trouble with sending messages to your friend, are you able to receive messages from them? What happens if you try sending a message to them from Xbox.com or from your the Xbox App on a mobile device?

    With your Xbox One, it may be worth trying a quick power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it powers off, then give it another go.
