My Messages Have Been Broken For Over A Month.. Please Read

Hello, My Gamertag is *Murda* and the issue I'm having is on the Xbox One X.. My messages are taking over 5 minutes to open on my console. If someone sends me a message on Xbox, I open the guide and scroll over to my conversations, I click on a single message
and the box opens up where I'm supposed to see the text.. And I get a loading symbol continuously looping for over 5 minutes before the message appears on my screen. This is happening for group messages and individual messages as well. This happened randomly
to me last month out of nowhere and it hasn't gone away since. I don't know what to do.... I can't open my messages or even reply because it's taking so long to load when my messages use to open instantly with no problem.. What's going on? How can this be
fixed? Everything else runs smooth on my Xbox One X.

Hello, have you tried any trouble shooting steps? A full reboot to the console? You can follow the steps here

Please try
removing your profile (please ensure you remember your account email and password before doing this step),

power cycling your Xbox One console and router/modem and then signing back in. Did that solve the issue?

Additionally, can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?
