    I am not able to message on my Xbox one and I have tried restarting it hard resets and refreshing my Xbox but none of them work neither any advice on utube please help me....

    Hey there xSUMOx Czyk,

    Are you able to view and delete the group message on the Xbox App on Windows 10 or on Xbox.com as an alternative?

    Are you not seeing the option to leave the group chat or are you seeing an error message when you try? Let us know!

    my messages are not working?

    Help

    sents 12,20,2016 i got a group message i do not know the people on there and I cant send messages. and i cant delte the group message, now i got onther group message. i have know cloue who they are cant delete that message ether. what do i need to do?

    But when i go on my 360 i can send messages. my Xbox one cant. same account?

    You'll have to provide more detail but often the fastest fix is the hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds and see if it resolves after a hard reset.

    The simple solution is to block messages from anyone other than friends. There has been an increase in spam accounts lately it seems.
