My message from Xbox Live Disappeared.

I got a msg from xbox live but when I pressed A to read it, it was blank and I think it's about the preview dashboard. Then I Tweeted Xbox support and someone told me to power circle my Xbox and when I went to Messages it was gone

Xbox live gold code

I have received a code for a free month of Xbox live from Xbox in my Xbox live messages section. I went to look In my messages from Xbox live and it had disappeared. Now I have not used the code, so how can that message have disappeared.

How do I get help with this? Or how do I recover it?

Redeem Codes Disappeared from Xbox Live Messages

I purchased Gears of War 4 and received several codes from Xbox Live in my Xbox Live messages. I clicked link within message to redeem one of the codes and it worked just fine. The message from Live has now disappeared and so i can't get the other codes.
I need to get that message from you guys back so I can download the other codes.

Via browser, I still had no messages. But I installed the XBOX Application on my smartphone and I did have a message from XBOX Live sent in 2018. The notification then disappeared on my XBOX One.

Yes, my Xbox Live Gold time is supposed to expire on 4th of June. I can play, but that message don't disappear.

You haven't lost the codes, the message only has a limited time before it disappears. You have two choices here.

1. Wait until you receive another message from Xbox Live at which time you'll see all your previous messages from them
