    My membership should be gold, but its been changed to silver.I Called and got disconnected after waiting for an hour.... is my gamertag.

    did the clear the cache 3x and re downloaded my profile but nothing.

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    Can I activate 30-days XBL Gold prepaid code while I still have an active subscription?

    Hello. Currently I own an unused code for 30 days of XBL Gold membership. Also I've got a Gold membership activated until 15th of July. Can I use my prepaid code right now and my Gold membership will be prolonged to ~15th of August? Or should I wait until
    my current membership ends and then activate the code?
