    My membership has been take away for no reason.


    So, today i log on my xbox 360 and it shows error message-''some services are temporary unavailable ''. I'm fine with that, usually everything returns to normal in couple minutes. But no today! After about 2 hours i go online again to find that my xbox live
    gold membership has been deducted (it should have ended before september).

    Any ideas as to why this has happened or how i can fix it?

    My money has been taken away.

    NEVERMIND- I finally connected with someone and they refunded me.

    Though- I tried to speak with a ambassador and he or she was VERY rude...

    call up support and talk to somebody in billing they should be able to help you out

    Me too have trouble with my gold subscription. It was cancelled not by me.

    So i resolved this problem contacting the support by chat.

    In US and Brazil, the phone number support is out!! >.<

    But by online chat it's ok!

    The support guy sent to me by e-mail a prepaid code with my time gold remaining (10 months).

    Try you too contact the support because I got the sollution by it.

    Everything has a give and take. If you take away the membership that Xbox costs then you must sacrifice their quality of service. I've been paying for xbox live gold for years and am still a seriously satisfied gamer.

    I hope IceStorm is either and MS employee or being sarcastic. I would hate to think that someone is so eager to lose the right to sell something they own without the consent of the original owner.

    Since when does a physical piece of property - cartridge, disc or other wise - NOT deteriorate over time? Heck even perceived value of digital games "deteriorates" over time as prices drop. This whole "deterioration argument is a fallacy of the highest form.
