    Good afternoon, I had a problem in the code of my membership for 2 days of xbox live gold that came in the game of Gears of Wars Ultimate Edition, I wrote the code correctly in to exchange code in the store, after starting the game, and when
    Try to play online multiplayer would send me directly to hire or buy a membership. They could fix that problem and if they can reimburse or return my subscription or make it work, I need help please.

    If I use my credit to pay for my xbox live online, when the subscription is over, is it going to automatically renewal?

    my xbox live ran out, and i ordered a 12month card online and its not going to come in until next week. so if i buy a 1 month subscription now, when october comes is it going to automatically renew?

    Have Xbox live but cant play online

    I redeemed a code for 12 months Xbox live on the Xbox website on my computer and it' come up I have a 12 month subscription but when I go to play online on the Xbox it just says I'm not allowed to play online and takes me to a screen for buying gold membership
    even though I already have a 12 month subscription, any ideas?

    Xbox live cannot be purchased

    My payment method is not the problem as every other other subscription is working fine and going through as normal. I just cannot buy an Xbox live membership.

    There are no outstanding payments and I have tried to renew subscription through my account order history.

    i promoted my xbox family pack child account into an adult account and now its says i have a silver membership.

    If you promote yourself out of a Family Pack you no longer have a Gold subscription. The Family Pack does, which you are not part of. You do not take an subscription time when promoted out, even if your account had subscription time before you were added.

    In order to play online, you'll need to be added back to the Family Pack (which has a five day wait time unless you get an exception from Xbox support), or buy a separate membership.

    Tried from the site, the Microsoft store, Xbox store nothing has worked. My other subscriptions are working fine and going through as normal. I just cannot buy an Xbox live membership.

    There are no outstanding payments and I have tried to renew subscription through my account order history.

    Why would you hate the thought of the PS4 when it's far more powerful? I'm hoping gaming come crashing down if Sony implements online DRM. I will not buy games/consoles that rely on servers in order to work.
