    My main xbox - Error


    I never changed the main user profiles of my console and about one week ago i cannot add any user profile as main user on my xbox one. When I try to do this it appears an error saying that is not possible to change the mais user for more than three times
    per year. I never made any changes about this. I would like to request the reboot of this system to solve my problem.

    I'll wait for the answer as soon as possible with the solution.

    Well, me and some friends bought a game in a new account and we all made it our main xbox, but after that the account was removed from our main xbox and when we tried to do it again our main xbox did not leave us, said that We had already made more than

    Your wording is all wrong your trying to set the home Xbox but it appears as it has been set 3 times in the current year already you'll need to contact the Xbox customer support regarding this issue Via Phone or Chat.

    I cannot get to the main menu, as soon as I turn the xbox on, it immediately shows the error message.
