My main account wont sign in.

I was playing bo2 and mid match got signed out. I cant sign back in to my main but i can sign into my alt. Is this happining to others or just me?

You could try to start the console by selecting restart when you are in the guide. If that does not fix it then try the power cycle.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

I'm having the same issue.. I switched to a different account and tho it wont download anything it did allow me to sign in and use netflix.. My main account wont sign into live at all.. That's the account I accepted the preview update on and now wish I would
have declined..

Wrong error. My error is

801540A and it wont let me download and sign into my main profile.

I am 100% sure im not logged into an old Microsoft account. I deleted all that when i restored factory settings. I am trying to sign into my main account that ive had since 2011 which i still use today on xbox 1

Make sure you are the main account holder on both console and add your child as family member.. allow them to have instant sign in to avoid you being signed out on xbx... anything you buy ie games should be from main account otherwise you wont be able
to share it but fortnite content is separate purchase only for 1 account ie v bucks
