My main account is blocked

Hello, can someone help me? Help !!! My main account is blocked for security reasons,
and the problem is that the email address and the phone number of this account no longer exist,
I created this account more than 15 years ago ... I know, I screwed up !!
Suddenly he asks me to answer a series of questions like favorite dish, old password used on this account etc.
but I don't remember anything, what to do. It is impossible for me to reach them by phone or to be called back
because you have to be logged into this account for that.
So I end up with an unusable Xbox, what can I do? and how to contact them? Thank you for your help.

My main account: Mute and Block on Xbox Live. Mixer: Not following.

My side account: Mute and Block on Xbox Live. Mixer: Follow and now not following.

So I'm waiting to see if it works.

Keep reporting and blocking. I would also add what the main account is a d that the other accounts are fake one from the main one.

If your main account is child you can call the Xbox support team to help you remove the child restrictions or if it's not your main account than go to the settings and remove the block on the new account with your main account
