    My main account is banned from the system.


    someone hacked my main account T3KRZ x Adam and when I try to access it back it is already banned. On my xbox when I tried to recover my account I got this error code 80154005 Please help me

    This may mean that your account is suspended due to a violation of the Terms of Use or Xbox Live Code of Conduct. For example, your profile may contain potentially offensive content.

    I have been speaking to a helpful guy called Walter and he has informed me to write on the forums about my issue and include our convocations identification code:[Mod Removed]

    As soon as you knew you did not have access to the account, you should have called phone support and have them open an unauthorized access investigation. They freeze your account so it can not be used during the investigation. I suppose you could still do
    this, but you have to realize that they can tell if you had control when the violation happened, or if your account was logged in somewhere else. You should also know that it is almost impossible to hack an account. Unauthorized access usually happens when
    you have given somebody your login details, or been on a phishing site.

    The helpful guy should have not told you to post support reference numbers on the forums as it's against the rules.

    You may only inquire about not dispute suspensions
