My main account has been permanent suspended

Hi, my name is Cátia Gomes, i'm a recent community member.

I bought my xbox in February and 27th April I was permanent banned without a early warning. (this is my secundary account, my banned account gamertag is iMissPixel)

When i checked the reason, i got a e-mail from enforcement team saying that that was about marketplace theft.

The reason given is rather vague. I would like to be able to present evidence or at least defend myself before the enforcement team.

You are telling me that i stole something in the store when my account has just 3 itens such as Shadow of war that came with xbox, rocket league in CD and i recently bought live gold in G2A online store, i've all the invoices to comprove that i never stole
anything.

I also want to know how I can file a complaint with Microsoft for the way I am being tried and dealt with in this matter. I had to answer a questionnaire all in English (I am not required to know English) to have the opportunity
to justify myself to a team that made a decision without explanation and without listening or letting me justify it.

Apart from this, after I was able to complete the questionnaire last Friday and fill out a comment box, my account was automatically downloaded below and since then I can not log in to check the status of the review.

After that i was thinking that was a bug and i talked with the support to know how could I review the case and he told me that next Monday enforcement team would talk to me and nobody talked.

At this moment I am receiving help from an Xbox supervisor, who can not help me because I do not have contact with the enforcement team.

I ask for special attention to the case and try to see if anyone can help me.

My last attempt will be to ask for help in deco, to leave with a consumer protection process, since I consider myself wronged and also victim of injury.

Xbox enforcement team over stepping their boundaries.

If you got a 30 day console ban then that's because you've been suspended several times before or more than one account has been suspended on that console.

Next time it will be a permanent ban.

Would there be anyone I could contact directly to help me resolve this? Or perhaps a way for them to review my situation?

https://enforcement.xbox.com/? That's how to converse with the Enforcement Team as only they can respond to the suspensions they issue.

And how did i knew that? how can i know which websites can i buy stuffs for xbox?

You can get my gold and give me my account back 'cause i didnt knew that, and before i bought that i asked to the support and they told me they knew that all the players purchase thinks from G2A they said it wasnt a problem.

So if you get my gold can i have my account back? I'll buy gold buy xbox store then.
