My main account has a permanent ban

My main account has a permanent ban and this was escalated from a one or two week communication suspension. Now that my main account has been permanently banned I cannot access anything, not even on other console or this website. I can't even fight this
ban with a case review, I would love to know why this ban has taken place and if there's a way to help me get my account back or at the very least file a case review. That account meant a lot to me as I have had that account since release of 360 and I have
dedicated a lot of time and money into it.

This would greatly disappoint me if Xbox just brushed a loyal customer like me to one side, so if anyone could help me fight this or give me any help please do tell.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

 

Bans and Console bans Xbox one

Do they still console ban Xbox ones or not? My friend has had a permanent account ban on Xbox one already and is on his way to a second one now. He is going through his 100 day ban on his new main account. So he started making new accounts to talk on so
he can play his main one. But now he's been banned 4-7 times on different accounts he's made in the pass 2 weeks. How has the enforcement team not console banned him or permanently ban the account he's playing on?

 

I only post here because I am unable to click links without it taking me back the the Rep page, each time I attempt to sign in, it does but at the top left in place of my Gamertag is my name linked to the email. So I am stuck and I am locked out of my account
on console and on the web. It even tells me to sign in most of the time when I am at the rep page. I am out of options

 

Since the account is banned permanently you will not be able to use it for any real purpose on Xbox live. That also means that you have lost access to all digital content and subscriptions. There is no one in the forums that can do anything about the ban
as the enforcement team is the only group that has access to the information.

 

Would there be anyone I could contact directly to help me resolve this? Or perhaps a way for them to review my situation?

 

If you have already filed for a case review in the enforcement page there is nothing else you can do and no one in this forum can do anything about your ban.
