My mail was hacked and I cant get back my Minecraft account

Hello, recently my mail that was connected to my Minecraft account was hacked and changed, now i cant use or get my account back because every time I try to change my mail or my password or something like that doesn't work, i contacted Mojang support but they don't do anything and don't help me, I just want my account back, i cant play and don't know what to do, thanks.

it was a Mojang account that I migrated, it was my Gmail that I migrated to this mail. but now my Minecraft account is using another mail that I don't recognize and cant change. I don't know what to do or if I'm explaining myself correctly. Thanks

Since you did not lost access to your Microsoft account - but to a not migrated Mojang account - only Mojang is responsible and might help you with your account recovery. Even though Microsoft owns Mojang, they are not the same company. Microsoft is Microsoft, Mojang is Mojang. Microsoft employees are not Mojang employees and vice-versa. So only Mojang might help you with this - depending if they actually have features/options for account recovery.

Oh yes, I totally understood your situation right now. So you lost access to your Mojang account, not to your Gmail account, right? You can still access your Gmail, not only sign in to the Minecraft website, right?

If this is the case, you could try to contact Mojang support to see if they can help you with the account recovery process. Microsoft online tools for account recovery work only for Microsoft accounts.

yes! I didn't lost my Gmail or my Hotmail totally, someone changed my mail for my Minecraft account and I cant get it back, I tried contacting Mojang but they don't respond so I think that something from Microsoft could help me... but I guess not...

May I know if this account is a Microsoft account or a Mojang account that was not migrated but using a Microsoft email address?
