My mail adress had change down my gamertag so now i can not connet

Hello, my mail adress had change down my gamertag so now i can not connect, i have create a new profil but i lose the games i have brought before and my xbox live gold because all of this things belong to the profil were the mail adress had change, how
can i reset the mail adress down the gamertag and reconnect like i have always done?

I think I completely remove my account and create a new account

Not like this because now there is a new mail adress down the profil who own all games and the Xbox live gold, there is difference between the old mail adress and the new witch is down my real gamertag.

In order to access the content and progress you've already gotten you would have to sign in with the profile that was used to purchase or play the games. You would need to know what email address it is that was used for the account and sign into that account.
The email and password should still work even if you have changed email addresses. You might want to try
Contacting Xbox Customer Support. Also keep in mind.

This could be the cause of your issue please check here:
Xbox Live Service Status to check if things are back to normal. Once the Service alert is over you should be able to sign in without further issue.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. You should not have to create a new account so that you can play your games. Now if you are unable to sign onto your old account it is possible that it's because of the active

Xbox Live Service Alert. When you try to login to the account with all your games and progress do you receive a specific error message? Or why exactly are you stating that to play games you need to Create a new account?

 

I'm sorry but the profil had brought a game and a Xbox live gold can not lose this things and an other profil can not replace the owner, after i don't believe that it's possible to connect with only the mail and the pwd Microsoft to use the Xbox, while
the old profil still there with another mail adress who has to be change by the old adress.

It seems to be that the issue is that you want to use your games and subscriptions but you have made a new account. Now, In order to use your subscriptions and games you have you must sign in with your Microsoft account that has these items. To do so it
would require the email you used to create the account and your password.

We need some clarification to further assist. Are you having trouble signing in to your main account where you do own your items? Is this main profile still downloaded on your Xbox?

 

I'm sorry but i have followed all of the instructions in the article but nothing works, i have set up the Xbox home but the others users can not play games and use Xbox live gold.

• what is the reason why you are unable to access the account that purchased the games and Xbox Live?
  
• Is there an error code on the screen or was the email deleted completely from the website?
• Are you able to access the account from account.microsoft.com or Xbox.com?

If you are trying to download the profile onto the console but are not 100% sure how, try the following to add your Microsoft
account to an Xbox One console:

1. Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide (don't hold the button)
2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen using the left thumb stick, move all the way down and select
   Add new.
3. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select
   Enter.
   
   Important: Make sure that you do not select
   Get a new account, unless that’s what you want to do. If you select this, you will create a brand-new Microsoft account.
   
   If you’ve forgotten which email address is associated with your Microsoft account, see the
   
   Lost Account Solution.
4. Enter the password for your Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select
   Enter.
5. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select
   I Accept.
