My LT and RT dont work together

I bought my gamepad yesterday, less than 24 hours have passed since then, so the serial code does not work and I cannot get help from the support bot, although I activated the gamepad and now it is displayed in connected devices on the site.

I play on PC (laptop actually). My problem is that LT and RT don't work together, overriding each other's functions and I've tested this in several games. For example, in GTA 5, aiming at the LT button, and shooting at the RT button, and separately they work. But when I hold down the aim button and press the shoot button, the character simply lowers the weapon and aiming is also deactivated. The fact is that everything worked and works fine on my previous gamepad, although it is some kind of cheap Trust type joystick for Play Station, which I bought around 9 years ago. Can you help me with this problem?

Yes. This program is required for gamepads with poor PC compatibility, but my new one does not have such a problem, it works perfectly without third-party programs, moreover, these programs interfere with normal operation. So i just dont need it.

Oh, you mean you installed a software for your old controller to work before and after deleting that, your new controller is already working fine? Is that correct?

Did you have it replaced from the store or process the service?

No, controller is the same, i just deleted the program which i didnt need anymore and which screwed up my xbox gamepad settings so it didnt work propperly. The whole problem was in that additional program which i used to connect my old gamepad, bcs it didnt work without the prog.

Got it! It means that the issue is really something to do with the controller itself and this seems to be software/hardware related that only repair could fix it. Since you just bought this controller, I suggest to have this replaced with the store where it was bought as they may still have warranty replacement for defective products purchased from them.
