my loot in mw3 zombies

Hi on mw3 zombie if the game crashes i lose all my loot on mw3 zombie and it's not my internet it's the game that needs patching up fed up of playing a game for 45 mins then crashes and i lose wot I've earned in the game and it cost me £70 is there a way to get a refund on the game or a way that the game makers can sort this problem out to keep our earned loot and do away with the cool down time as then we come back into the game with no guns or loot and then have to wait 40 mins in wot thay say is a cool Down time to get my guns back knowing full well the game crashed and was not our fault in any way and also make people that when u die thay have to come get u as it last for a very long time if no one get you up when dieing in the game im very unhappy with it crashing all the time and losing my earnd goodies in a game that cost me a lot of money to download from the app store me and my friends do game shear and has told me he also finds it dose the same to him even when im not on line with him
