My login is always saying fix the problem

Did eventually get mine working after doing two reinstalls of Win8. Seems that using a Microsoft login instead of a local login was causing me problems. Second reinstall kept to local login and signed in to Live in game with my login. Now every game up to
now logs in fine. Seems that this fixed it for me but really inconsistent with fixes for this problem, what fixes for one person doesn't always work for the next. I really thing that this problem isn't caused by the games themselves, more likely the OS or
Live.

Why is the account suspended, that is the problem you must fix, if it is suspended, nothing will work with rewards until that is fixed.

i dont know the problem, when im going login in my account say "your account has been suspended" and when I click on the link about what "can" be, it says that there was an error ...

I'm having the exact same problem right now with this absolute POS Microsoft xbox security. Trying to login my son's account, I have to validate terms of service, I KNOW the password is correct, but it always says it isn't, on the console. I can login
to this account on my laptop with this password. My son is raging at microsoft for designing this absolute hunk of cPPP security process.

when it shows a Fix on Web message, usually login in at
http://account.microsoft.com should show where the issue is for you to fix it.

Best would be to login with any of the accounts in the family and check if all information is up to date and correct on that link.

After that also try login in at
http://account.xbox.com/settings for any of the accounts, this is the page where you can also adjust privacy and online safety settings for any child accounts via the parental account in the Family.
