My location isn't on the xbox settings and I can't purchase items

I have a problem where my Microsoft account balance isn't showing up when I try to make a digital purchase. The only thing that shows is "add profile address," but I can't add a profile address either because the information/address I put in is incorrect
based on the location, but my location isn't in the settings where I can change my location.

The problem started when I tried to purchase a game (Rainbow Six Siege), but I was met with the screen telling me to Add profile address. Someone told me that there should have been a box that shows my Microsoft account for use of billing and I saw somewhere
that I had to change the location to my location for it to work, but my location isn't on the Xbox.

It would please me greatly if I could get some help and thanks

Please go to account.microsoft.com and change your address and ensure all your information is up to date.

All address have to match between , your account ( https://account.microsoft.com/profile/ ) , your payement method ( https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments?refd=account.microsoft.com
) and location Xbox settings.

If you still cant buy it , call Xbox live helpdesk > https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

it says that "i can't purchase this item from my location"...

i have set up my xbox region to Japan too.

I was thinking about something...when i go through the game market....price are still in EURO...but it should be in YEN as i migrated my region to JAPAN...

if you have a solution..

I live in the uk but my account was set up in ireland and I still pay in euros although I hanged my locale to uk and I can't download free games although my account was created in uk and was never in ireland but I still although my second account was made
in uk and set locale in uk and has never changed and the item still isn't available in my current location

I tried downloading another game and now it says 'This item isn't available from your current location' What? Why would purchasing microsoft points not be the same as purchasing a freaking game? Why is this happening?

But when I try to download Tales
of Vesperia again, it still says 'Can't authorise the selected payment option. Please select a different payment option or add a new one'....
