I would recommend power cycling your modem as this could potentially be a network issue. Additionally you will want to power cycle your XBox and see if these two steps correct the problem.

 

I had an issue with not being able to connect to my wireless network for a couple of days, but signing out and restarting my console fixed it.

I would sign out and restart your console. If you're still having issues, give support a call at 1-800-4MY-XBOX.
