My live rewards isn't showing the correct account

Is this specifically in regards to Xbox Live rewards? If so, you will want to post in the support section under our

Xbox Live Rewards Questions Forum for further assistance from the appropriate team. I would first ensure that you are signing-in with the appropriate Microsoft Account for your Xbox Live Gamertag!

Hi there,

when a game is bought digitally, but wasn't installed already you should be able to see it available in the Ready to Install section in My Games and Apps, if the game is already installed it should show in My Games and Apps at the games section.

If it isn't showing in either, then be sure to double check that you are using the correct Xbox Live Account on the Xbox One console since a purchase is bound to the account used at purchase.

Also be sure to check on
http://account.microsoft.com at the transactions if the purchase shows

If you are 100% sure it is the correct Xbox Live Account used but the transaction isn't showing then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

I have had this happen a couple of times. From experience it will sort it self out in a few days, or unlocking another achievement some times sorts the issue out.

Basically if the child account isn't showing on that menu, either it isn't the correct parent account you are checking on, or something is wrong. Have you checked your other accounts to see if one of them is the parent?

Raett - it's not there. No profiles showing.

JUAN VAN - tried that, same problem.

To make matters worse, I've tried setting it back up on my old XBox and it now tells me that my XBox Live membership isn't valid. I've logged in on XBox.com, Hotmail and Windows Live all without issue. my account details all show correct there but I just
can't get my XBox (either of them now) to recognize me! So frustrating...
