    My live gold has not been activated (Urgent)


    Dear support team

    I just purchased my one year live gold member via my credit card yesterday. But it showed on the screen that not success; however, the payment had been done after checking my credit card. What is going on?

    Amount: 88 Singapore Dollar

    please help to check and fix my issue ASAP. (Return my money or acitvate live gold memeber for my account)

    Just like to start off by saying: Please do not post your email address or personal identifiable information in your posts on this community. This opens you up to all kinds of spam and abuse from people that pass through this community. If a Microsoft Employee
    wants your email, or personal identifiable information, they will ask for it in a Private Message. But please make sure they are verified staff before releasing this kind of information. You can tell they are staff as they will have either: "Xbox Support"

    Sorry to hear it. Do you live in Singapore? If so, is your gamertag set for Singapore? Please be aware that Gold memberships are region locked and can only be used for the region in which they were intended.

    If your region is correct be sure to double check your billing info at commerce.microsoft.com or try to redeem the code on the website here

    account.xbox.com/.../RedeemCode


    If that doesn't work then you should try contacting phone support for further assistance. 6622-1626

    As Smwutches has said an active Xbox Gold subscription is required to play Xbox One games with gold games.
