    Sorry you're having a problem with redeeming your Xbox Live Gold code. Please check if you have any billing information on file, please ensure that its all current and or updated. You may do that on Microsoft Billing site here:
    commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub

    Once you have checked your account billing/information, please try to redeem your code on Xbox.com here:

    account.xbox.com/.../RedeemCode

    If you are still not able to redeem your code, please contact Xbox Support so they can look into your account and or code to find out what may be preventing you from redeeming the code. You may chat with them anytime here:

    Are you getting an 8 digit error code when trying to redeem on the console? If so, can you please post it here for us to see?

    Okay, quick update! I tried redeeming the code with a different account which doesn't have Live Gold and it works. I didn't click Redeem but it does work. This leads me to believe that I can't redeem a game I already have through Games With Gold.
