    My LIVE disconnections


    I'm having problems with my LIVE disconnecting and sometimes not wanting to reconnect. This has been happening for nearly 2 months. And I would really like some help, an explanation, and at least
    ONE free download of my choosing for the trouble I've had. Thank you.

    X1 Desperate Help !!

    I'll start up a game and in about 5 minutes or so my controller disconnects. I've figured out that every time I see my controller disconnect, that live actually disconnects as well. Does anyone know how the controller and live are related? I need a fix desperately!! I never had the problem before only started about a month ago. Don't know why I'm getting disconnected from live

    I've tried hard resetting and updating and the controller is charged. I don't understand why that every time my Xbox disconnects from live that my controller disconnects as well. For starters I don't even know why my live is disconnecting...

    My LIVE disconnections

    Have you checked your phone line quality? Have you checked your router/modem settings? Your equipment/ethernet cable/s, Wireless interference? Alot of things can cause drop outs you just need to find the source.

    If you could provide some information like what type of connection you use to connect tp live e.g. ADSL, Cable. Your internet service provider, Your Modem or Routers name and model number, how the Xbox is connected to the internet (wired and wireless) this
    information would be handy if you want someone to help you.

    Actiontec as for the model I don't know I've had it for a while. I use an X-Box 360 Wireless Router.

    G'day Mite! Sorry to hear about the connection troubles. Let's get this sorted out. First off, please check out the info in this thread and reply back with all of the requested info. It can help us pinpoint the cause of the disconnections and offer solutions.

    Next, let us know what you've tried so far! If you have contacted our phone or chat team previously, what did they suggest? What error codes do you get when you can't connect? Have you tried a wired connection? Hit us back, and we'll be happy to help.

    Opinions on an aggravating connection issue

    I get disconnected while playing games about 75% of the time. I'm constantly getting disconnected and reconnected to Xbox live parties. I usually stay connected to Xbox live just disconnected to the games.

    If I'm at the dashboard I will still be disconnected to my Xbox live party but usually it automatically connects back.

    Minecraft account disconnected issue

    With mine, id be playing Minecraft on a world with friends. And every so often, my xbox live would disconnect and therfore kick all from the game, disconnect me from the wifi. It may then reconnect itself.

    Now, my xbox profile keeps disconnecting from xbox live with any game or just on dashboard.

    Xbox live keeps disconnecting - NAT issues

    Shad0wmanUK, that helped resolve my NAT being Moderate, it is now open, but Xbox Live still continuously disconnects. Whether I am on the dashboard, in a game lobby, or during gameplay, live disconnects.
