Please Help!!!

I was just hung up on my xbox live after being on hold for almost 2 hours. My account was com banned last night after i reported a PUBG player for cheating after i was knocked and killed while inside a bathroom of the large puzzle building and there was
no way the guy shot me through 3 walls. Then i was banned an not told why other than an abuse of something. Yes i sent a message t the dude i reported but who doesnt!

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. In the future, it's best to just report the other person and block
them instead of responding.
