My LIVE account was communicsations suspended

I sent a player a LFG request, he sent a single message back saying '[Mod Removed]''. i said 'fk u reported for using XIM, mose and keyboard. i block him. i immediately get suspended for 28 hours. i have not been in trouble for 8 years, why is this a suspension?
this person obviously abused the report function.

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

If you replied like you said you did this is the part of the code of conduct that your violated that warranted the suspension.

Content that could harm or harass a person, including yourself, or an animal. For example:

Profane words or phrases

Suicide-related content

(Note: the examples below are just a few examples of the type of behavior prohibited by the Microsoft Code of Conduct. Just because something isn't on this list doesn't mean it's OK.)

Negative speech (including hate speech or threats of harm) directed at people who belong to a group, including groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, language, gender, age, disability, veteran status, religion, or sexual orientation/expression

"Noise", which is excessive speech intended to interfere with or disrupt another person's or group's ability to enjoy a game or app on Xbox Live

Content showing or promoting animal abuse

Content that promotes, or sounds or looks like words, phrases, puns, images or imagery that refer to any prohibited content

This is probably why you were suspended in your post you said that you replied to him with content that look like words that are prohibited.

No one here can tell you for sure why you were suspended but if you did send that message to him and he reported you then your account would be subject to a suspension

In the future the best thing to do would be to just report, block and mute that player and not reply to him.

http://enforcement.xbox.com It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. In the future, it's best to just report the other person and block
them instead of responding.
