[My live account was banned and gave me no reason and no explanation about what happened]

My son has just received a ban from his Xbox account and it emailed him a long list of possible reason but no exact reason. I have contacted Microsoft several times and they tell me I have to get on the forum to talk with the enforcement team so I am trying
this. His gamer tag is Low Gamerscores and I would like to know what I can do to get him access back to live and if that is impossible then get some explanation as to what he done to deserve a ban and what is a better solution than forcing parents to pay for
another live account when they get no reason that their child was banned.

You should have gotten an email stating the reason for the ban. If not, you'll want to post in the forum linked for the explanation. Regarding the transferring of membership, anubis gave you the correct answer .

Is that why it says "reason for action" clearly says it and my past 4 other communications banned gave me a reason and showed me the message what got me a coms banned I just said that. It doesnt matter clearly you're not understanding what I'm trying to say.

The enforcement team denied my case review after I gave my reason for why I got banned, they called me a liar, and weeks after my ban they gave me the reason why I got banned. Which I find absurd and ignorant of them.
