can someone unban my account as it has been banned for reasons I don't know all I did was play on a modded game on cod bo2 and someone has banned me so please unban me as I'm paying for xbox live I would really appreciate it!

Xbox Live Account Suspended

Hey,

So my account has been suspended because Microsoft has been trying to charge a card that's no longer active.

If I redeem a 1 year Xbox Live code to my account, will my account still be suspended? Thanks.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

My guess would be you were banned/suspended for playing in a modded lobby which is against the ToU/CoC.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site where you can file for a case review if eligible

I got banned for joining an xp lobby on bo2 but I will stick to custom games from now on to make sure I don't affect others
