    My little brother went ahead and messed up his account and did a region migration.


    Hi,

    my brother's gamer tag is jorygaza6. His account was region Mexico, but it occurred to him while playing fifa 14 he wanted to have the Belizean flag in his team since his country of living is in BELIZE, CENTRAL AMERICA. The nincompoop went ahead and did
    the migration from Mexico a supported region to Belize a none supported region and now he has lost all access to the ADS his dashboard is blank no nothing not even his avatar shows up no nothing and he cant even play online on xbl and thats cause he had about
    6 months of gold in it. We checked the account thru commerce.microsoft.com and the subscription is in cancelled status is there any way in this world that he can revert it back to normal without having to wait 3 months to be able to migrate again according
    to some info on the xbox site about migrations any assistance to revert this back will be apreciated.

    My gamescore timestamps are messed up on backwards compatible games and after a region migration. Am I at risk of a reset or ban?

    Thank you for helping but I just went ahead and bought more Xbox LIVE, even though I am still very unhappy about this. My brother made his account on the weekends too.

    When you change the region of your Xbox Live account, some things are unaffected, like your profile.Other things are potentially affected, such as:

    • Memberships and subscriptions
    • Licensed digital content (like games, video and music) that you’ve already bought
    • Services you get through your Xbox console
    • Funds in your Microsoft Account
    According to the stickied thread about info on region migration, you need to wait 90 days before you can migrate your account again. If you require further help I suggest contacting Xbox Support by phone Unfortunately, you'd need to see what your options
    are for this.
